This is a lovely example of nodular fasciitis. Cystic spaces, extravasated erythrocytes, mitoses, osteoclast-like giant cells. The lesion was about 1.5 cm. Nodular fasciitis typically does not recur, even when incompletely excised. www.innovativesciencepress.com
