Juvenile Polyposis

In juvenile polyposis, the colorectal polyps feature striking multilobulation. This patient's polyps also had zones of low-grade dysplasia, which cannot be distinguished from sporadic adenomas in small superficial samples. Patients with juvenile polyposis are at risk for colorectal and gastric adenocarcinomas.
